So add up all the monthly payments of the types of items that would show on your credit report, that will give your existing debt ratio.

@Ephrem Bekere It's impossible to answer this question without knowing 1) your other income and deductions and 2) whether you reported your rental income (as well as other items) correctly, neither of which can be ascertained from a forum post.

Other fees may include appraisal, processing, application, etc - so it's good to know these details up front before you decide on a lender based on interest rate alone.Also, keep in mind if the lender is a Broker or Direct Lender (brokers bring deals to direct lenders and add their fee on top of what they would charge = more expensive for you).
