My homes are 320 or 640 sq/ft, are beautifully designed and finished, energy efficient and virtually maintenance free.Local zoning and planning can't charge enough taxes and fees for micros to justify their overhead while the banks won't bother with a smaller loan.

@Joe Gore thank you, I have done some research into owning property in Mexico and what I've found thus far is that on the interior you can own it just like a Mexican national; but on the shores, which is where this property is, it has to be held through a trust with a major bank as the trustee as a workaround for the restrictions that were in effect in the 90s.

I did not buy the house with the intent to rent so i purchases it at retail and over the 4 years I lived there I put about $15k into it. the house is about 120 years old and will need and entire interior face lift in 1-2 years.
