Do you know what percentage he was returning on those initial flips by chance?

Can you recommend some inspection companies and just to have an idea, would you know how much they charge, approximately for a single family (4 bed, 1 bath)?

Also I would be able to almost  wipe out the mortgage on the initial purchase once I sold the lot.

Property sold in 7 days, above asking price and the home was listed at the same price as the initial brokerage.These types of brokerages overwork their agents, pay less attention to detail and hiring, because if they don't, they'll never be profitable. 

They also did not charge any appraisal or other associated fees.
