It stands out if a property in July doesn't have an entry and I can check the tag or follow up with the vendor.I would suggest keeping relevant info together for easy reference such as exterior and interior paint colors, type of heaters / water heaters etc. 

I quoted 1-3% from National figures that have held true for decades, but certainly there are regional differences.The 'momentum' concept is an oxymoron to me, as that implies that one response has an influence on the next one and unless the neighbors are reading each others mail, that is not a valid conclusion.

Hi Jim,Looks like you have a good plan underway for the interior common area of the house.

If it comes to this, obviously, there is no salvaging the existing hardwood.I used a hand scraped engineered hardwood for the new flooring, painted the entire interior and exterior of the house, landscaped, replaced the $500 range hood and a few appliances and the final result is in the pictures below. 

So hopefully this will bring mortgage rates back down slightly to end the year and begin 2017.Gotta love how the Federal Reserve controls the monetary system and has such a significant influence on the world economy.
