those that I know in the industry that are making some big money have fully vertically integrated companies spending 10 to 50k a month or MORE just on marketing.. 

And the Deed of Trust is a lien that protects you in the event they stop paying. 

I got alot from 2009-2015. that was the trend then. watch the industry.

Account Closed You've obviously had bad experiences dealing with some TK's, but I don't think it's really fair to make blanket statements about all of them...there are good and bad in every industry. 

While I am a beginner I have learned on here you would need to ensure a reason people would pay the new higher costs aka...a new industry or huge venue draw.

I know there are a number of real estate events in Atlanta so if anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it. 

This property is less than 3 miles from the hospital, only a few miles from a ton of Boeing suppliers (and other industrial companies) in Kent, etc. 

My fiance and I have been motivated by certain events in our lives to get into real estate investing.
