Anyone have best practices out there you can share beyond the standard due diligence items such as building inspections, phase 1, appraisal?

I am still in the research phase and will not proceed unless I am clear on what this entails.

That approval process requires business tax returns, reserve requirements, Minimum of (2) years in business, ability to submit a blue print, and cost analysis along with several other items.The bank also does not give you the money to start they require the work be done in phases in order to pay the builer/GC in draws. 

I think having $5000mo in cash flow as phase 1 allows people to think more clearly especially if your income derives from real estate.

Franklinton has been seeing lots of developments like the completion of Gravity Phase 1 and phases 2 and 3 on the way.
