Richard Wilson is having an online event tomorrow (December 15, 2020) called the Family Office Super Summit where you may have a chance to mingle with prospective investors. 

Be sure to leave a little wiggle room in the event rents start to drop or vacancies rise.

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

In the event the application for residency is not approved or accepted, or if the residence is not ready for occupancy, the deposit will be returned to the applicant(s). 

It doesn't have to be fancy or expensive (free is good), just post over in the Events section of the site.
