If it were easy to find off market deals under market value that leave room for tons of cashflow improvements, everyone would do it.

I have experience handling contractors, some mobile homes and a bit of experience DIYing repairs.I'm interested in long distance real estate investing, house hacking, small multifamily locally in Norcal and possibly note investing.I'm a Fuel Hauling Truck driver who works on average 60 hours per week and commutes 12 hours per week.

I think continuing to improve on upon what we already have in place will allow us to get to our goals faster as opposed to continually changing.

University of PA has their mortgage and home improvement program available in the  Forgotten Bottom which the University considers Grays Ferry but it doesn’t include ‘the real Grays Ferry’. 

Ask if they are willing to do a rapid rescore if there's some room for improving her credit score. 

Regardless of how busy I am I always put aside time to improve our practices and procedures and have garnered many lessons from others who have already experienced it.I've also seen my fair share of PM shaming on the site and people can be quick to jump on board. 

So much so that people bring me deals, my passion for it energize those around me to want to do deals, clean up their finances, improve their financial planner etc.
