One of the reasons people have separate companies in the first place is to (a) protect assets, as lawsuits could only be targeted at the assets of the company named in the suit, and (b) privacy.

Hi Minna,one possibility could be to search the county tax appraiser's website and look at properties one by one, where you will see the address where the tax bill is sent --> the owners' address of record.It's not a simple 'put in the parameters and create a list' method, but if you are targeting a certain community, for example, you can identify the owners' locations that way.

However, investors do have a fairly efficient network that normal residential buyers and sellers don't have, so if you are a seller targeting investors, you are likely to be able to sell without a realtor, but if you are rehabbing and selling to non-investors, a Realtor is almost essential, especially in a buyers market.
