I currently get 1350 for my 2 bedroom suite about 1 hour east of Vancouver.The selfish side of me really hope these new laws don't flood the rental inventory and doesnt cause me to lose tenants and rent at a lower rate...Although right now I wouldn't wish rental house hunting in the Vancouver area on my worst Enemy, so I suppose the laws will help.
