I have heard that post cards do not always get the best responses, so I was going with a more personalized envelope.

I would send them a $50 gift card or something!

@Mouhamad Rahal in todays market there are so many apps that give you cash directly into your account like cash app, venmo, with these company's the customer cant get the cash back i.e. like if it was a credit or debit card transaction they could dispute the charge and potentially get their cash back.

But some credit card allows one to take out 25K at 2 figure interest rate(i.e. 17% apy).

I spend 6 hours a month  looking at 3 different credit card accounts, 3 different checking accounts, scanning receipts, tracking mileage  and filling in  Excel income and expense sheets. 

I had to use some no interest credit cards to do some of the rehab.

Also a good time to introduce yourself as an investor and leave your card.
