by looking up the lawyer @Craig Curelop recommended I located several real estate attorneys with ratings at avvo ( I don't recall the rules about posting links and such so you will have to use google to get there and select the real estate category)

However, I had to google what tilt-up construction is, so I'd be learning a lot with an undertaking of that size to say the least. 

I am currently testing out a smaller outfit and currently have mixed feelings about them so I am still in search of the right management company as I will be investing in more properties here pretty soon.

Lining the loan up afterwards is similar, there is no time crunch for closing and gives you time to search for best funding. other than that, you can search for better rates but you'll be within .25% of that most likelycongrats!!

My suggestion would be to search the Casper zip codes using the search feature in the upper right hand corner next to the bell image and your picture.
