Hello community,I am reaching out to seek some valuable advice from experienced investors on approaching a local partner for a unique situation I find myself in.I currently own a fourplex unit in Baton Rouge, but due to a relocation to Michigan, managing the property has become a significant challenge.

Basically all MF owners are investors so they generally know the game well.

It’s tough finding information on how it applies to multi family properties.I’ve also reached out to a few lenders and it seems 15% down is the minimum for a duplex unless it’s FHA.
