And while prices may start to flatten in the rest of the country, the Midwest is getting more attention from investors, families and businesses because of lower prices, but also because we have plenty of fresh water, moderate summers, no fires and no hurricanes.

New distressed flooring throughout, freshly painted interior with contemporary paint colors, new baseboards, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, remodeled master bathroom and additional full guest bathroom.

This usually involves fresh mulch, flowers, etc. 

I need a fresh set of eyes to look at the deal.

I believe its finally time for a different approach, a fresh perspective.

I'm moving to Houston in March when I touch ground I'm looking for buyer's and a fresh start.

How do you keep the sheets fresh in the box?  

Yes, we live in the sticks, and yes I have to drive an hour to get my iPhone fixed, but old growth redwoods are just down the road, the rugged coastline an hour away, the produce is fresh, the wine is good, the weather is great (okay it gets a bit hot and dry in the summer) and if I feel the need for some urban time, a day trip or weekend trip are easy down to the Bay Area is easy.
