I don't have a whole lot of equity in the building, but it's cash flowing great now (rents were $650 when I bought it and now are $1750), so it's still one of my favorites!  

Some are honest, most are limited truths and leaving out things they don't feel you want to know about.My ABSOLUTE favorite was a house that had no wires in the attic, yet the PCR said electric was fine.

Apparently the thermocouple went out and the owner keep telling her the part was on order.My favorite one was I walked in to one property and I found it very odd that the front door was unlocked in a very shady side of town.  

Our goal is early retirement in 15 years with a military pension and the cash flow from these houses.Short Sales and Foreclosures are my favorite!!

We have never bought a "awesome" house but great investment (ask me where my pool is located or the house in my favorite neighborhood or 3 car garage, or  or or ).
