But definitely on the extreme low side.Personally, I would want to have some conversations and build a relationship before I partnered with any private lender.

Don't get me wrong...I am EXTREMELY against drinking and driving and it really changes my opinion about someone when I find out they have a DUI or when someone brags about how drunk they got, but in the grand scheme of thing....so many young adults drink and drive and the ones with DUI's were the unfortunate ones that got caught. 

Nashville, for example, limits (to an extremely strict degree) the number of Airbnb permits they'll give out (per census tract) to investor-owned properties.This limit has seemed to keep people from bothering to get permits, thus skipping out on taxes anyways.
