I plan to continue investing in SFH throughout the considerable future, so it is not that my only focus will be multi-family.My haphazard plans and thoughts which I am still developing:-I plan to have a considerable focus on working with investors as a real estate agent; this will not be exclusive-Working with the best investors will automatically give me access to individuals already doing what I want to be doing (I know not all of them will be working in multi-family, but I intend to ask questions and build on their network)-Having more access to what is going on in my market through the MLS will give me an idea of what investors are buying; you will understand the cap rates for different markets in your area and be able to monitor that more closely-I feel like being a part of this network could potentially get me access to unlisted deals from the investors I have built relationships with-Showing up to a REIA meeting as a real estate agent willing to do some extra leg work for investors could be an easier introduction (I can add value)-Finding out by working in these deals who are the lenders people are working with; how are they financing their deals, etc.
