I would advise against waiving the inspection contingency unless you feel EXTREMELY confident about the condition of the property.

Note that if the suit gets messy you do need to tell people later that the property was part of a suit unless you can confidently show that all problems have been corrected.Mostly I am saying that you need your eyes wide open.

They will usually stall, then you need to gain their confidence by letting them know your services are available just in case.
