“Perhaps we think of others’ failures as the blunders of unintelligent or incapable individuals because we want to convince ourselves that we can succeed at a similar endeavor despite the obvious risks.

It may be a big endeavor, but the pay out could be amazing.

The larger and usually more sophisticated investors demand a known quantity in regard to the sponsor.Less than 5% of new sponsors attempting their first capital raise are able to successfully raise enough money to launch.
