The standard 1# EPS (1 lb. per cu. ft.) is fine for cornice moldings, etc.... but anything down low will get abused and easily damaged, so use a higher density, either 2# or 3# - however, the price does increase considerably.

What would like to mention is that I'd recommend Airbnb over VRBO for hosting and here's why: UX: Airbnb is much more user friendly to create an account and list a property.Liability: VRBO provides no insurance / damage protection.
