10% is a pipe dream.  

If you spend 3 months  (I suggest never stopping) networking as much as possible, you will have more options than you could ever dream of in terms of mentorship, referrals, deals.

For once i feel like im not being sold false dreams by a "guru".

In the last few years I have been looking to make a significant investment on a vacation rental in the Caribbean (a dream of mine for the long term as well).

You do not want repairs cutting into your basic living income or your investment dreams are going to become investment nightmares.......

Now people may come claiming tax benefits... but you make 27k, you're not in a position to really benefit from those tax benefits.......But this is all a pipe dream anyways, because you wouldn't get approved for 163k with that income. 

You're goals/dreams/reality may change the more you learn.
