They create laws that sap the economy and then when people are all poor and distressed they fix this by putting those burdens they created on the most productive people in our country like ourselves and other hard working producers in our economy.

Finding a deal on MLS with $100 positive is tough, but there are tons of way better deals than that if you look for distress and dont mind doing a rehab.

I have some construction background and am fortunate enough to have a work schedule that would allow me to buy a distressed property, flip, and hold.

I have minimal experience in Real Estate minus owning my primary residence in Orange County that I recently sold in April 2018.Because of my background in Construction, I'm most interested in buying distressed properties that I can Fix & Flip or utilize the BRRRR Strategy on.

Look for properties that look distressed.
