Would all traditional loan options be on the table?

What are the rates usually on such loans?

Now take say $100 pay the one down when you free up that old minimum payment you apply it to the second credit card so you see now your paying $20 on the second card after you pay that off you pay $30 on the third and so on. 

I try to stay on good terms with people as word of mouth can always come back to bite/help you, and generally try to treat people with what feels right/fair.I was thinking I charge a one-month penalty for breaking the lease, and they continue to pay rent until the unit is filled.

Looking for some feedback and suggestions on what to do.
