Would it be possible to open a self-directed IRA for funding deals in the future and not have to pay taxes if I put it in an IRA, assuming I could put the entire amount in it?

Since I'm not local, I would heavily rely on the property manager, and therefore having an great property manager is really important.Please send any recommendations for Property Management companies they've directly worked with my way.Also, is it common for Property managers to add a 10% markup on any invoice that goes through them?

Hey @Cliff Benner, there are a few options and I am no expert on the subject.You should contact an SBA lender an see what is available.I will say that if you are doing something like a duplex or triplex then SBA will not be for you.
