@Evan Alexakos If you have an offer letter for full-time employment that aligns with your major, you can use that to get a pre-approval letter while still in college and start your search.

I was suppose to have to wait 12 months but was told if I wrote a letter explaining why I wanted to move I could move sooner than the 12 months so thats what I did.

I don’t have any private lender relationships but I did recently get a letter in the mail from an independent private money broker that says they specialize in fix and flip funding.

We target double digit yields at the end of the day when we analyze our investments from cradle to grave.
