This property is fully renovated bringing in 20k a year, it's currently under market rent value so the next investor I assign it to can increase the rent, up to market value.

I'm in the process of choosing a market to focus on and wanted input on strong BRRRR markets right now.

The other side is rented under market value but I’m about to go up on the rent some due to rising costs.
