“Tech Company” Facebook basically boils down to scrolling through text, pictures, and occasional videos.

I love Brandon but I haven't actually read his stuff to know the details of everything he suggests.

More details needed to offer advice: Monthly Mortgage Payment, outlook for speed of getting it rented, type of neighborhood (A,B,C,D)., what Cash Flow do you anticipate, etc.

The intent is there i.e. hussle and you can make money but the details on execution should be taken with a grain of salt.

Not an attorney and don't know the rules in your area, but I would think it's good to go.I'd probably just take a video of me entering the property, in case they come at me for "kicking them out" when they're not even there, (or if they're still in there and try to shank me...)
