They had built a custom home on it along with a pool house and barn/office structure. 

But I do know that @James Wise seems to run a tight ship in OH with an ethos similar to ours.

I tried to explain that their business model wouldn't work very well if they told their customers that the place is ghost free - tough to sell the follow up full cleanse on non-haunted places.

They stand by their product and they offer good customer service.Now to Than Merrill and Fortune Builders  . . do they offer a good product - well as of today i could not tell you, at one time , Than spoke at local REIA's and sold a great home study and offered a great bootcamp. 

The only think negative I can say about Buildium is that their customer service department must be a pretty toxic environment: They are defensive and for the most part start with the premise that the customer must be doing something wrong.

We will be adding value to the deal by having a prefabricated shipping container home delivered and installed in one day.

They also ship directly to your jobsite in roughly 10 days.

They sent a check for rent and then extra money to go to a dealership and pay for shipping a car, but how would they cancel the transfer if i deposited the check into my bank account and if the check doesnt work i would know somethings wrong right?
