I believe independent advisors should act much more like teachers rather than customer service reps or salesmen.

I have just seen this happen to numerous customers and when the code enforcement office finds out everything has to be removed and redone to code with all the proper inspections/ approvals.

You will be setting up from your router, and selecting a level and can customize which type of sites to allow/disallow.

Footprints are shrinking for soft goods, but gyms, trampoline parks and other "fun" are backfilling a lot of those boxes.All that said, there is pretty strong data indicating that DTC brands begin to struggle with customer acquisition costs around $10MM annual sales if they don't have brick and mortar stores.

I was thinking of another class below the property, apartment units, but so far hadn't done that far down.Being a user of spreadsheets, I like the fact that you can export standard and custom reports to Excel for archiving, and also to modify it for any reason afterwards. 

You can customize how you see fit and add metrics once you UNDERSTAND them.

Before I chose who to use I contacted almost all of them that chime in here along with a few of the 'big boys' and ALL of the small ones seemed to give more personal interest  in me as a potential customer.

Most builders I know say if they aren't building at least 5 spec homes per year in the $250,000 range or at least $1 million in custom builds, they're losing money.
