Duplexes are culturally a Southern property type.  

Our culture is that real estate does NOT need to be sold.  

It's mostly a cultural thing that plays a big part of it.  

It's a lot safer now and is coming up strong thanks to it's close proximity to the 'Lincoln Park Cultural Arts Historic District' which is a block east of it.

In fact, successful businesses use positive company culture and values to attract employees and customers.

And the culture I grew up to being raised in the Bronx, NY has made me strong but lost as to who it is that I am as a person.

On the contrary, legacy markets like beaches will lag in design since all the prime real estate is already owned by old-school STR investors who see no reason to change a formula that has been working for themFinally, some of us who played our cards right (hopefully MANY of us) will become phenomenally wealthy.

This is because if it only had 1 death in a 3 block radius, that could easily be an isolated incident and not a real cause of the daily life and culture of the street.
