@Darian Richardson...the money you're looking for is out there, but it's lender specific and not many DSCR lenders offer it.

If the properties you're buying are all in one state, forming your LLC in that state makes sense for convenience and cost.

It can be used as income the year after you collect if filed on tax returns and offers deductions as well to offset monies owed.
