Pace is definitely a force to be reckoned with but honestly after watching his videos for a bit you recognize a “formula” to his content.

This is a lifetime membership to the creative financing content and it does sound intriguing and valuable.

I've been a BP fan and podcast listener for a while now and I'm thinking about getting the PRO account, dig deeper into the forums and create a stronger "personal brand" within the BP community, but I realize most of the content, contacts and information is US-based, therefore I'm having second thoughts.1) Do you think I'd find enough value here to apply in Mexico?

Even very experienced RE folks pay big money to be in Mastermind Groups those are not free they cost 10 to 30k a year to go to those meetups and rub shoulders with others who are successful and I know a lot of good relationships come out of those for many who pay the money and attend lots of good content then major party afterwards LOL.

I do not see a lot of content on YouTube about buying auctions.

College is not like it was 30 or 40 years ago when you got a marketable job, it costs way too much (no ROI), takes up your time when you should be learning to become an adult and they fill you with anti success pablum.After a few successes in investing, you will know what you need for education, if anything, and then go to college to your heart's content. 

I'm still not convinced that it was correct, though.I am willing to pay a CPA or tax professional with extensive experience with syndications in particular (not K-1s in general) to review already-submitted taxes (at least the specific part in contention) and prove to me what the right strategy is, backed up with the unambiguous lines from the supporting IRS docs.If that goes well, then I will want my 2022 taxes finalized, too, but that's secondary to first knowing that there is one correct way to do the 2021 taxes and convincing me of that!
