If you can't get around town you can always run numbers on your computer at home.

Side note to your side note: Boy, your statement about Dr's not having basic problem solving skills really brought back memories of when I was an engineering student at ucla many years ago.  

This, by the way, is by far the most difficult scenario to resolve outside of an actual audit letter, so taking this on for free means that I truly stand beside the work I do.However, for randomly generated letters of inquiry or IRS computer mismatch letters and other items that are not my error or fault, I first determine a few things:1.  

Depreciation allowed or allowable, whether deducted or not, must be included in the depreciation recapture income tax computation upon the disposition (sale) of your real estate investment.Recapture could increase your AGI.

Add in Memorial Day weekend and if you are luck another week or maybe a few weekends in June and that's pretty much it unless you have some specific draw.

These were also the highest dollar savings when I was computing my time.  

My company offers HELOCs which I generally refer to a direct provider unless they are computer challenged/elderly/complex self employed with many returns and need the help to get it done. 

Math, Mechanics, English, Computer Programing, fingerpainting, mowing lawns, selling pizza?

I just have a cat, but she travel with me and we have great computer time!
