It is a VERY COMPREHENSIVE course (about 800 pages if I recall correctly).

That should bring up a bunch of topics that explain how it analyze deals.Also just use the tool to calculate a few real properties and you'll start to see how the calculations are done.Also pop over to the new member introductions forum and introduce yourself so we can get to know each other better.

It was much more comprehensive & the documents are much better.

Not ideal.He's toured the home and has gone through a brief discovery call/introduction with myself to ensure there's a mutual fit.

Within an hour, I got response from their sales person and she made introductions for me to the Lenders, Insurance agent, Title company and Property Management.

Nothing has allowed me to grow my brand and business more than introductions that have happened from the other mastermind and mentorships ive been a part of. and for example in our mastermind group I am seeing more deal flow and opportunities to invest than ever before because we have built a community with people of similar values sincerely trying to help each other out and wanting to partner!
