Whole western area is supported, in my opinion, by a couple of big employers-Nike and Intel.

His employer doesn't offer a 401k or anything of that nature, so we decided to go 100% real estate for now.

I have a full time job, but have been looking for secondary employment to create more capital to start my investing ventures. 

The DST has the advantage of being 1031 compliant as do the Tenant In Common (TIC structure), and for the most part any NNN stand alone or land lease.  

I have the opportunity to start investing in my 401(k) through my employer.

It's nice to hear a sponsor spend an hour talking about their business and operations, and less about the specific contours of a deal.Obviously they are still in pitch mode, but I think it gives you a better idea of the principles they employ.

I think this should be a very common question but I could not find anything out there.
