you can google prom note and do yourself unless you have some complicated scenario.you can also buy them at any good office depot type store same place you buy generic contracts and leases etc etc.Usury is the rate of interest that is allowed to be charged again just google in your state.but if your more comfortable having an attorney do it.. then by all means.. but certainly not necessary if you have a basic understanding of these things.

I currently reside in Palm Beach and being a new REI this is where I would feel more comfortable with my investments rather than out of state at least until I'm more comfortable and experienced.

If someone asks you a question you aren't comfortable answering, simply tell them you prefer not to share that info, as there's a limited number of properties in the area you work, but maybe give advice that is helpful but more generic.As for thinking that having a certain bank balance makes you a smarter, better, investor than others, it just isn't true.

My tenant said he doesn't feel comfortable having prospective tenants in the house and asked to wait until they move out before showing the house.It's 3/20 today and they're supposed to move out on 3/31 (lease ends).
