Fellow newbie here- Propstream would be a great place to start!

Right now, we rent a 3-bed, 2-bath house for $1300/month in a park.

I am looking into replacing a refrigerator and I have narrowed it down to LG or Whirlpool.

What kind of options are available that I could use to entice the seller to accept a 5-10% or smaller downpayment on a seller finance deal?

I would also charge a lot more than I would for a residential rental.Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it unless you've really studied it and understand how to protect yourself and earn fair compensation.

I'll never invest in a country in which I'm treated differently just because I'm a foreigner.

I have heard of a decent amount of people either investing/ living in Bali, it seems to be a pretty big hub for digital nomads.

Additionally if you can live in one unit for a year, then you can get the best of both worlds, better financing and a larger than a single family home. 2-4 is a great place to start, shop around for pricing and see what is available.

There is a bit of a premium when buying turnkey homes but I would buy from them again in the future.
