With other travel shut down, (Disney, cruises, Mexico, etc...) the entire west coast came to St.George this summer & it's on EVERYONE'S radar now!

You could have very beautiful Ghent homes in Norfolk to New Agey vibe in part of VA Beach by the shore to some of the ugliest churches I have ever seen and I have seen stuff in NYC.

If the faucet has the scald guard on it (new ones do) it will shut off if the water is above 120.

When the doors and windows are open, when they’re gone for the day, etc.What systems are available for shutting off the AC when nobody is home or if windows or doors are open?

As this pandemic seems to linger here in the United States, I've started to run into the problem of banks closing departments that were previously financing investment properties, that have shut down these departments until further notice.

You can say "please keep doors and windows shut when running the HVAC".

As far as shutting the water off I try not to as the bill for turning it on and off is really high in winter.

When it hits critical mass in the US, it could shut down businesses and schools for a month or more. 

Since we need to pay for this both in permit costs and with contractor costs, we'd really like to know if we have any option to perhaps run just to the b box (buffalo box where water can be shut off in the parkway) for the other property.
