Banks are going to look at you to serve as a personal guarantor, even if the property is purchased in an LLC.

@Ralph McDaniel I should emphasize that even if you don't pay capital gains taxes from flipping homes, you will still recognize taxable income from the profit you generate.  

I am requesting seller financing and would like to see what options I could get if it’s even worth it. 

The most dangerous kind of aluminum wire was mostly only used for residential wiring from ~’65-‘73 when copper was prohibitively expensive (Al alloys that are less dangerous were used with less frequency post-‘73, and Al is still a common material for transmission and distribution lines, and even some residential use like AC units or single branch circuits, but not very common in residential wiring). 

If they’re being unreasonable, I’d only do what’s required, even if that’s just prorated rent which wouldn’t cover a hotel.

I know some people may try to game the system, but I have absolutely no interest in doing anything that even hints at mortgage fraud.  

With deals like this you need someone that has a lot of capital and i just do not even know where to start to find these buyers.

Even if you get credit cards at home depot for your real estate LLC, you will have to personally guarantee the debt even though the debt will be in the LLC's name.
