They may require some type of experience and maybe some assets type of thing but your personal income will not be a deciding factor if the property has a history of performing well. 

However being a millennial I think Nashua and southern NH is finally catching up and trying to draw a different type of individual to NH.

My property manager has no problem with this and gives me a call to provide some background on those top contenders (i.e. types of pets if any, special circumstances, potential red flags, etc.).  

With oil drilling ticking up, the skilled construction worker type will be choosing whether to work in the oil fields or rebuilding Houston.

Forgive my ignorance here, but when you say I might want to negotiate here, what types of things could/should I ask for?

I'm not sure how to make it any simpler because different options change the pricing (type of stamp, type of letter, etc) but we'll figure out a way.

Do multi's need to be purchased in your personal name in order to obtain these types of financing?
