So the peace of mind you have when wholesaling is that your contracts will (and MUST) have an escape clause built into them.  

I recently bought a house from two brothers who had inherited the property as part of their deceased mother's estate.

(This likely means the specific project you want to do will escape but you will be better prepared for some future opportunity.)If this is a mostly one time thing, I recommend the first or the second.

My brother and I graduated Universities in 2010 and started working for Fortune 500 companies, soon to figure out corporate world was not for us.

I recently asked my brother "Have you ever wanted something so bad that you were willing to do WHATEVER it takes to get there?".
