So most of the plumbers here would rather fix a broken pipe than do a drawing and scope out our project. 2.The city has increased their requirements beyond what we and our trades are used to (hence the under budgeting).

Green 2003 Subaru Legacy 4Door Wagon (with back seats down it makes a good size cargo bed and I like working at the lower height.)We used to have an Orange 1976 Ford Econoline Cargo Van but the gas mileage was terrible, the steering was pretty loose, the speedometer was broken, and the body started to leak (couldn't keep out the Pacific Northwest rain!)

In this case the $4,073.43 is broken up into:Delinquent City Services = $657.54Delinquent Storm Water = 922.64Delinquent Water = $1,371.23Health Abatement = $164.63Additional Charges = $957.39Normal property taxes appear to be only $1,907.81 for 2013.

Hate breathing in that stuff.Spent $700 replacing broken windows only to replace all of them.Trying to salvage trim then buying all new after spending lots of time cleaning and painting it with worker cutting and fitting it.Personally need lots of margin to cushion my screw ups.
