If a person has plenty of money they can easily wholesale deals occasionally. 

My sellers are occasionally unhappy with my offer price, not necessarily the fact that we are reaching out to them.

I've done deals on my own and don't "need" the coaching and I don't participate in the classes or coaching other than listening to some past conference calls occasionally or getting the occasional question answered.  

I am trying to hire a licensed REA for my LLC to perform occasional open houses and move-in/move-out inspections since I am out-of state from my rental property.I have the REA identified, now I just need to know the steps to creating a contract for them and me to sign.
