Once I signed a million documents in person, I was shown the unit, given a code to the gate, and given a lock...an hour and a half of inefficiency and wasted time.

People say to narrow your focus or you end up looking at too many properties and wasting everyone's time, but how to know which properties or type of properties won't work for me?

The general public and local politicians have little regard for protecting this once prestine natural ressource: the storm sewer overflow issue is without a solution in sight (passing a law to allow the municipal waste water plant to dump raw residential and light industrial sewage into the lake 6 times a year would be political suicide in Europe, just saying) and the DNR recommends to limit fish consumption to once per month, just to keep your mercury intake down a bit..

If that's the case, then  I wouldn't waste your time.

Money well spent or a waste of time and money.

Waste of money to keep opening LLC’s for every property, unless you’re buying apartment complexes.
