There are 3 yr, 5 yr, 7 yr, 8 yr, 10 yr ARMs and 30 yr fixed Private Equity loans available.  

I have the availability of family money to pay cash for it on the court house steps.

In addition to that i've created a pretty automated sales process for investors to utilize & am always available when you have a specific property of interest.

If so, what type of financing would be available?

Will I need to consult an attorney to draft one or are there templates available?

Thanks for responding.We plan to have it available year round and will block out times we would like to use it or use it during times we did not get bookings.

I think my best option is to get  HELOC on the property, so the cash is available, but not costing me anything until I find my next deal.
