A little background information on my current situation:I own a couple of other businesses which are pretty well automated at this point. 

I came across a software called REI.solutions (http://rei.solutions) whichever claims that they integrate all automation done by the commonly used patchwork of systems that are mentioned in other posts on this site.Has anyone used REI Solutions and can comment on its value?

Plus, it is automated and hopefully earning a better return than sitting in a savings account.

I change or add codes via my phone connected to Wink Home Automation on same Wifi.My question to @Mark Poulton how do you add a new code remotely?

They want to see the following:Credit Report ( first page showing your middle score )Assets ( First page of a bank statement, IRA, 401k ) They want to know you have the down paymentPre Qualification Letter ( Realtors want assurance that you are gold and will close )DU or LP is the most important ( Desktop Underwriter or Loan Prospector )This is the automated approval showing that you actually qualify.Sounds like your lender isn't doing any of this. 

Automated kiosks (only one vendor for this, product is called INSOMNIAC) and call centers can help with management duties, but you or an employee will need to visit the site frequently to keep it neat and clean as well as scan for potential problems.

Here's my guess (if you're buying outside of where you live): They get contacted through these automated one-click methods by tons of "investors" that have unreasonable expectations, no money, etc. and just want an agent to wing out low-ball offers. 

I use RDPD as a "sunday school lesson" instrument for those with low or non-existent financial IQ's.

Lowers retail SF requirement drastically, among other savings.Distribution centers located nearest the highest percentage of population will continue to grow - as well as more automation internally - with less $10 hr wages.Just my $.02 - others with thoughts on this?
