Yes, there are plenty there, but that makes no sense (at least not to me).Don't call the courthouse...go visit!

You could buy a list of people with equity from listsource for your target zip codes, then try to call or visit those people.  

This is a GREAT way to preview a property prior to visiting.

They have beautified the yard and the house, and the house doesn't smell like a large wet dog at all:) I was impressed by that, since I can definitely smell dog (particularly retrievers) when I visit other people's homes who have them.
