I'm not saying Propertyware is the best and I do have plans on switching in the future as I grow but I do feel 2 platforms are needed to separate my management business from my total personal business.

I feel like there's a lot more to consider, but it really depends on who you're renting to and how they're going to treat the house.

We love that it has a "country vibe" with a more rural feel, but also has the potential for a population boom in the coming years with improvements coming to the town.

Makes me a feel a little better about the situation as it’s my first house hack. 

My wife and I would love to do a basement conversion to an apartment in our house.
