I have gone into the tax records/ ECT to find the real owner of the address they give as well. 

I have my virtual assistant gets local real estate agent email addresses and email the local agents that that I am selling a house for sale by owner. 

Start aggressively addressing your credit.

@Lee Burns  I think you were addressing your post above to me, so I'll take a shot at it. . .My reasoning is that a sandwich lease carries additional risk that might prove burdensome for a new investor, particularly a new investor with limited cash reserves.

I will address and agree/disagree with Luka on a few points here.  

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

I would suggest either looking up the address and contacting the owner directly or searching the local market using zillow and redfin. 

But I never see anyone address the fact of how do they get Financed for the loan without having the income to carry those other mortgages?   

I have never heard of them, but considering their website looks like it was built in a day and they can't even get their own supposed address correct on that website I'd be very very careful @Nora Douglas
