Only issue is there limited to only a few states :\ Finding accurate phone numbers is tough, and getting them at a discount is even tougher!

I'm actually going to read through that lease to get a more detailed understanding, and I really appreciate your thoughtful response.

I have paid 125% to the Tax Assessor Collector, because it has been less that one year, and the buyer at auction has not sent a response to my  request for cost.
